Material development in our own laboratory
Material Development
We are also compounders! This means that we continue to develop rubber compounds and can therefore provide the ideal compound for the most diverse requirements. This is also done at our Diessenhofen production site. This enables us to provide these services with the shortest possible delivery times.
Database with approx. 500 tested recipes
Recipe Database
Our database contains approx. 500 recipes for rubber compounds. The oldest compounds reach back to the origin of Plastigum AG, namely special abrasion-resistant compounds for the production of shoe soles. On the other hand, further developments are being pursued on the market and are themselves being pursued in a targeted manner. The entire portfolio is continuously scanned against the REACH guidelines.

Since we are also compounders and supply specialty compounds to the Swiss watch industry, for example in finely tuned colours, we have the expertise to develop compounds ourselves and produce them in the shortest possible time.
